Is this really free?
Yes. It's Free. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. You get cash back when you click through and buy from a merchant that offers cash back to SplinQ customers (you can always clearly see how much cash back you will earn on our site).

Why do I need to register?
We can't share our cash back with you unless we know who you are. You can read our privacy policy, but rest assured that we will never share your e-mail or any other personally identifiable information about you with anyone else, without your consent.

If I sign up, will I get e-mails and advertisements?
No. At SplinQ, we will never sell your e-mail address to any third party or send you unsolicited advertising of any kind.

How do you make money?
We make money when you buy products online using our search engine. We only make money when you find the right product to buy. Our retailer partners pay us a commission for passing them a sale and we share back a big portion of that commission (at least 50%) with you.

How will I know how much cash back you provide?
Our search engine is transparent. This means you will always clearly see how much extra savings you will get from our cash back program when you buy from a merchant in the SplinQ search results.

How do I earn cash back?
As a SplinQ member, you earn cash back every time you search on SplinQ and buy an item from a store in the SplinQ search results. The cash back amount you earn will always be clearly listed. In order to ensure you earn your cash back, please make sure you:
1. Log in to your SplinQ account;
2. Click through from our site directly to the participating merchant;
3. Make your purchase without a long delay or closing your browser and coming back later.

When do I get my cash back?
Cash back purchases are listed in your SplinQ account as pending for approximately 30 to 60 days from purchase date to account for product returns, refunds, fraud, etc.
Pending cash back amounts will typically become available for payment within 60 days from purchase date, unless there is some issue with your order.
When you log in to your SplinQ account, you will see your current cash back balance, including pending and approved cash back purchases.
Each time your approved cash back balance gets above €10,-, you can withdraw it from your account and have us refund it to either your bankaccount, a charity foundation or an account selected by you.

Can I still use you if I don't have an account?
Yes, you can still use our search engine to find products to buy, although we aren't sure why you wouldn't want the extra cash.

How do you use my information?
We use your e-mail address, other account information and buying history to share cash back with you.
