This Privacy Statement is issued by SPLINQ B.V. (hereinafter: 'SPLINQ'). We explain in our Privacy Statement how we deal with the personal data we obtain via the web-site www.splinq.com (hereinafter: ‘the web-site'). Our processes have been registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, under number m1355321.

Collected data

If you open a SPLINQ account you are asked to supply us with your name, age and a working e-mail address. You are also asked to provide an alias (‘User name'). We use this information for the following purposes:
- rendering our services in the broadest senses of the words;
- for our own marketing objectives;
- to inform people about products and services we provide as well as those provided by others, based on your personal preferences for enterprises you select.

We also ask you to voluntarily provide information about your personal preferences in connection with, for example, brands, retailers, music, films and hobbies.
